Spiritual Direction or Companionship

Spiritual Direction is a sacred journey guided by an experienced companion. In this space, we explore the depths of your inner world, seeking connection, meaning, and understanding in the divine and spiritual path. As a Spiritual Director, I serve as a trusted guide, offering a compassionate presence and listening ear to those embarking on this introspective voyage. I create a safe sanctuary where individuals can explore their spiritual experiences, relationships, challenges, and connection to the transcendent. It's a collaborative and contemplative process that honors your beliefs, facilitating their connection with the sacred in a way that resonates authentically with your heart and soul.

As the Spiritual Companion, I provide a non-religious, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for you to navigate the complexities of your spiritual journey. Drawing upon personal practices, lessons learned from 30 years as a global executive, insights, and modern contemplative practices, I assist individuals in discerning the whispers of their souls and understanding their connection to the divine.

The sessions are tailored to your unique spiritual path, focusing on inner healing, discernment, nurturing spirituality, and cultivating a life in alignment with your spiritual values. I aim to support and empower individuals on their spiritual journey, helping them embrace the wisdom within and develop a deeper awareness of their spiritual connections and purpose.

I've provided Spiritual Direction for a decade.

Sessions are monthly unless otherwise arranged. We’ll set aside a fixed day and time for about an hour. Some sessions may last a bit longer, some less. All times are Pacific.

Sometimes...

You need someone to listen.

No judgement, someone who listens actively (active listening) and helps you reflect on a life situation.

Kispum is a ritual for the veneration of those who have passed on. In Mesopotamian society, kispum was a sacred ritual centered around ancestor veneration that transcended the confines of time and space. It is a practice that continues today across many cultures.

The Continuing Bonds Theory proposes that links with lost loved ones are not severed by death but continue to evolve and play an ongoing role in grief. Unlike other distress theories, such as the Detachment Theory, there is no forced 'letting go' or 'moving on.' Instead, the focus is on transforming the relationship with the deceased, allowing for continued interaction encompassing various emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions.

We'll explore your future relationship with a loved one or friend who has passed on.

  • Handfastings, Handpartings, Wiccanings, and end of life.
